Under the guidance of their beloved mother, Marmee, the four young March sisters -- tempestuous Jo, motherly Meg, shy Beth, and spoiled baby Amy -- struggle to keep their family strong while Father's away in the Civil War. In this beautifully dramatized adaptation of the classic novel, even as poverty, illness, and sibling rivalry cast their shadows, each girl strives to find her true self and become the Little Women their father believes them to be.

Premiere Production of Little Women, Love Years!
Join Louisa May Alcott’s endearing March Family three years after Little Women as they make their path from childhood to womanhood in Award-Winning Fort Bend Theatre’s original production of Little Women, The Love Years. This premiere play by local playwright Tarra McCain runs Friday and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 3pm, February 19 - March 6 at 2815 N Main Street, Stafford, TX, and continues from where the Little Women, The Early Years stopped. Meg is about to be married and must learn to juggle being a good wife and mother; Jo is attempting to build a literary career and maintain her values in a very corrupt business; Beth has never fully recovered from her scarlet fever illness and must come to terms that she may never grow old; and youngest Amy, is about to travel Europe with Aunt March and must learn that monetary value are not as important as unconditional love. Although each have their own journey to take, there is much joy and quiet strength to be learned along the way as they come to appreciate life’s many blessings.
